Shipping is free of charge within the EU and we ship every piece of jewellery insured with UPS.
READY TO SHIP: The delivery time for jewellery in stock (ready to ship) is:
- Germany: 1-2 working days
- Europe: 2-5 working days
- Rest of the world: 7-10 working days
MADE TO ORDER: Jewellery pieces that have to be made (made-to-order) have a production time of 5-10 working days (or faster) and are then shipped immediately by UPS. The standard delivery times then apply. If you need your piece of jewellery faster, please send us an e-mail or give us a call. We will always find a solution. Each piece of jewellery is sent in a beautiful gift box. Thank you for supporting slow luxury.
Something doesn't fit and you would like a different size? No problem. Please send us an email to shop@cf-atelier.de and we will get back to you. We also offer free and insured returns with UPS. Please fill out our Cancellation Form and send it to us via email to shop@cf-atelier.de. We will then issue a return label for you. Jewellery that is damaged, worn or has an individual engraving cannot be exchanged.
